Unlike our other camps, this offering goes beyond performing to include props, costumes, and set elements. This intensive and unforgettable experience allows participants to showcase their talents, develop their skills, and create lasting memories in the exciting world of musical theater.

This fall at The Stage at the Corner in downtown Muskegon, young performers are invited to step into the magical world of The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition—a fully staged musical experience with script, songs, choreography, props, and costumes included. Open to students in grades K–8, this program is perfect for kids of all experience levels. Whether they’re brand new to the stage or already love to perform, they’ll be part of a supportive, creativity-driven process that makes space for everyone to shine. Rehearsals are held on Sundays at The Stage at the Corner. Grades K–3 attend from 1:00–2:00 PM and are released early, while grades 4–8 stay for the full 1:00–3:00 session to dive deeper into scenes and ensemble work. The schedule is designed to be age-appropriate, efficient, and fun. After just a few weeks together, the cast will take the stage for two public performances on Saturday, November 15 at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
