GRANBURY, TEXAS
Grades K - 5th: 9 - 11am
Campers in grades K–5 join us Monday through Friday from 9–11am at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Granbury, TX, building confidence, making friends, and stepping into the world of theatre in a fun, supportive environment. Our program is designed to meet young performers where they are—whether it’s their first time on stage or they’re already theatre-loving pros. We focus on the basics of performance: expressive movement, vocal work, following choreography, and learning to work as an ensemble. Every camper is part of the group numbers, and those who are ready can try out a solo if they’d like—no pressure, just encouragement and fun! Each camp week features a different Broadway-inspired theme: •June 16–20: Fairytale Favorites (Cinderella, Tangled, Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin) •July 28–August 1: Rumble in the Jungle (The Jungle Book, Tarzan) The week wraps with a final performance for family and friends on Friday—a celebration where every camper gets their moment to shine. Performing for a supportive audience is a huge part of what makes this experience so memorable. It builds confidence, creates joyful memories, and gives families a chance to cheer on their rising stars!
Grades 6th-12th: 12-2pm
Campers in grades 6–12 join us Monday through Friday from 12–2pm at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Granbury, TX, where they’ll build performance skills in a creative, collaborative, and energizing environment designed just for middle and high schoolers. This age group takes things a step further, with a focus on ensemble-based performance, character development, choreography, vocal technique, and storytelling. Campers will explore how to connect emotionally to their material, make strong performance choices, and support one another as a cast. Those who are ready will have opportunities to take on solos, duets, or featured roles, while also learning how to bring group numbers to life with presence and intention. Each week centers around a Broadway-inspired theme: •June 16–20: Fairytale Favorites (Cinderella, Tangled, Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin) •July 28–August 1: Rumble in the Jungle (The Jungle Book, Tarzan) Throughout the week, campers will also take part in theatre games, warm-ups, and technique-building exercises, all while learning practical stage vocabulary and rehearsal etiquette—skills they can carry into any future performance. We wrap up the week with a final showcase for family and friends on Friday, where campers take the stage to perform what they’ve created. Whether they’re seasoned performers or just beginning to explore theatre, this week is about building confidence, deepening skills, and discovering the power of storytelling through song and movement.
