Wonderfully Wicked (6th-12th Grade: 1-3pm)

Campers in grades 6–12 join us Monday through Friday from 1–3pm, building performance skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment tailored for middle and high school students. Whether they’re brand new to theatre or have years of experience, this camp meets each performer where they are—offering challenge, growth, and plenty of fun along the way.
At this age, we focus on ensemble storytelling, vocal technique, choreography, and character development—with opportunities for students to showcase their individual talents. Campers may prepare a solo performance that fits the week’s theme, such as a 16–32 bar audition cut (about one minute) of a song, dance, or special skill. Prepared monologues are also welcome. Depending on the group’s interests, we may also include short scenes, decided together on the first day to help shape the week around the goals and strengths of the students.
 
Each week features a brand-new Broadway-inspired theme:
June 9–13: Wickedly Wonderful (Wizard of Oz, The Wiz, Wicked)
June 16–20: Fairytale Favorites (Cinderella, Tangled, Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin)
June 23–27: Under the Sea (The Little Mermaid, Moana, Nemo)
July 7–11: Rumble in the Jungle (Jungle Book, Tarzan)
July 14–18: Songs of the Savannah (The Lion King, Mufasa)
July 21–25: Frozen Fever (Frozen, Frozen 2 & the Broadway musical)
August 4–8: Wickedly Wonderful (Wizard of Oz, The Wiz, Wicked)
 
We wrap up each week with a high-energy showcase for family and friends on Friday, featuring exciting ensemble numbers, optional scenes, and a variety of solo and small group acts. With a format that adapts to the unique mix of students in attendance, each camp becomes a one-of-a-kind experience where everyone has the chance to grow, shine, and celebrate their love of performing.
